In 1960, German Army lawyer Major Steve Garrett was assigned to defend four American soldiers accused of raping 16-year-old Karin Steinhof. When she was swimming in the nearby river, the four of them met her and were soon arrested. Major Garrett is not impressed by his clients at all, but his job is to provide them with the best defense.
