劇情概要：
When hot batsmen and motorcyclists held a rock party on the beach, a bucket of radioactive material was unloaded from a passing ship, sank to the bottom of the sea, and cracked on a jagged rock. A black liquid seeped out and covered a piece of shapeless material on the bottom of the sea. It suddenly moved and became a wrapped evil monster. Soon there will be several monsters. They must have human blood to survive. Tina was the first victim. Football hero Hank Green and Air Force Commander Elaine Gavin found and captured the murderer with the help of her science professor father Dr. Gavin. Dr. Gavin's work speed is not fast enough to prevent 20 teenagers from being attacked at the sleep party or three female drivers from being killed. He found that one arm was lost by one of the monsters, and found that only sodium can destroy those monsters whose ingredients are mainly water. Can they collect enough salt in Southern California to end this terror?
