The play will be played by Kathleen Ross ("Newbie", "Lifetime Cousin") as Amber Brown, an ordinary child who is experiencing everything many children have experienced, and understanding her new family dynamics through her sketches and video diary. Sarah Drew ("Grey's Intern," "Cruel Summer") plays Andy's mother, Sarah Brown.
