Ranch owner Tom Tracey is very obsessed with flying. He added wings and propellers to his old ranch car, which made his Tony a little scared and uneasy. But when the thieves attacked the ranch and kidnapped Tom's beloved Shelia Blane, Tom hired a pilot to fly him over the countryside in an attempt to find the thief's lair. When they did this, Tom dived down the rope ladder to save the girl and then came back to defeat the thieves.
