After more than a decade of decay in prison, the ultimate American hero and super patriot, McGraw (played by Will Ford), is finally released. His task is to overthrow a mysterious villain of his past - Brigadier General Enos Quiz (played by Billy Zanne). In a situation where the whole world is in the spotlight, McGraw must reorganize his old team, Wiki Saint Elmo (played by Kristen Vig) and Dixon Piper (played by Ryan Phillips), to defeat the evil forces.
