The script revolves around Nadejda (played by Plamena Getova), an elderly translator who is currently translating the latest novel "Flesh" by Japanese author and Nobel laureate Yukio Kobayashi. When Nadejda worked hard to complete the translation, she discovered that she had a brain tumor. In his script, Stoyanovich explores the relationship between Nadkhda and his daughter (played by Visera Babinova), bringing to life the paragraphs in Kobayashi's novels, and even the progression of Nadkhda's tumors.
